Women's Health Therapy in Georgia

Your hormones are not a personality flaw. The mood shifts, the brain fog, the grief for a body that keeps changing without asking you first — these deserve real therapeutic attention, not a shrug and a prescription.

Perinatal and postpartum seasons, perimenopause and menopause, PCOS and endometriosis, fertility and reproductive health. These are physical experiences with enormous emotional weight, and most women are handed information about one and nothing at all about the other.

I will not tell you this is just a phase, and I will not treat your symptoms as something to push through quietly. We work on what is actually happening, at the pace you set. Progress is greater than perfection here, and the goal is ease rather than a finish line.

Who This Is For

You might recognize yourself here if you feel like a stranger in your own body, if the rage or the flatness arrives before you understand why, if you are exhausted in a way that sleep does not touch, if you have been told your labs are normal and you still do not feel like yourself, or if you are grieving a version of your life you did not know you were going to lose.

What You Do Not Need

You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to have exhausted every other option first, and you do not need your experience to look severe enough to count. If it is affecting how you live, it is worth talking about.

Your First Step

A free 15-minute call. You do not have to explain everything, and there is no intake paperwork before we talk. We just see whether this feels right to you.

Sessions & Logistics

Telehealth only, available across Georgia, Nevada, and Virginia. Sessions are 50 minutes at $100, with sliding scale available. Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Full cost details.

Other Areas I Work In

  • Trauma & PTSD

Single events, and the kind that builds up quietly over years.

  • Anxiety

Including the high-functioning kind that nobody else can see.

  • Depression

Getting through the day does not mean you are fine.

  • Grief & Loss

Including the losses that do not come with a funeral.

  • Life Transitions

Career changes, caregiving, divorce, an empty house, a new diagnosis.

Each of these will get its own page, built on this same template.

How I Work

You do not need to know any of these terms to begin therapy. I will tailor the approach to what you actually need.

Trauma & Processing

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) — a structured, evidence-based approach to working through trauma.
  • Trauma-Informed Care — treatment that accounts for what you have already been through.

Skills & Coping

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — building coping skills, emotional balance, and distress tolerance.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — noticing and shifting the thoughts that drive how you feel.

Patterns & Strengths

  • Schema Therapy — understanding the long-running patterns that keep repeating.
  • Solution-Focused Therapy — starting from where you want to get to.
  • Strength-Based Care — building on what is already working rather than cataloguing what is not.

Ready when you are

Fifteen minutes, no cost, no commitment. If I am not the right fit, I will help you find someone who is.

Progress Mental Health is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
