Progress Over Perfection

Therapy for women ready to make real progress.

Telehealth therapy across Georgia, Nevada, and Virginia for women navigating health challenges, hormonal and reproductive transitions, trauma, anxiety, and the seasons of life that change everything. We start where you are, not where you think you should be.

15 minutes, no cost, no commitment.

How I Work

Whole-Person Care

Your body, your hormones, and your history are not separate from your mental health. We treat them as one story.

Evidence-Based

Structured, well-researched approaches including CPT, DBT, and CBT, used at a pace you set.

Plainly Spoken

What things cost, how confidentiality works, what happens first. No surprises, no jargon.

Jennifer Deas, LCSW

Meet Jennifer

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing across Georgia, Nevada, and Virginia. I work with women who are carrying more than they let on, and who are ready to put some of it down.

Most of my clients come to me at a turning point, whether that is a diagnosis, a pregnancy, a perimenopausal season nobody warned them about, or a loss that rearranged everything.

What I Help With

Women's health and hormonal transitions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Each one has its own page explaining what it looks like, what you do not need in order to qualify, and how we would work on it together.

See How I Can Help

"I know what it's like to carry the load all on your own. I want to create a space where women can receive tools to build strong, healthy lives, because when women heal, we all benefit."
